Kuruma de DS, translating to “DS in the car”, is a 2012 Japan exclusive game which not only featured Miis, but also the synthesized voices which are most well known for their role in the Tomodachi series. Kuruma De DS allowed you to remotely control your GPS through your DS, as well as do many activities, such as local quizzes, getting tourist information, and memories.

It is considered lost because while the game itself easily obtainable, it does not function on emulators, needs hyper specific hardware to be played, and has relatively little documentation.

People have alleged that Nintendo Minute hosted a contest through Twitter, in which your Mii could be 3D printed as a Mii racer. After reaching out to Kit, one of the Nintendo Minute podcast's hosts, he shared the image above, but denied that giveaway ever went through. It is believed that this giveaway was mentioned in an episode of the podcast, and that is how this rumor began, however many episodes are lost, so said clip has yet to be uncovered.

Description

A tomodachi life personality quiz was once available on both the Nintendo America and Nintendo UK websites, however they were not archived in the wayback machine. There is plenty of footage and screenshots of the quizzes (mostly the US one) however the quiz itself is lost.

I may try to create the most accurate replica of it I can on my own website in the future. I haven’t done this yet, but it’s something I am interested in doing.

Description

During the game AKB48+Me’s run in stores, a set was sold that contained this DVD with video clips that could be played in 3D on the 3DS. There were two alleged clips on the disc, the first being roughly 35 seconds of some of the girls performing a dance, which can be seen in low quality here. And the second being some sort of interview or something, where the girls are talking. Which is roughly three minutes and has no known footage. we still don’t have the original files for either of them. If said files were obtained, this would allow anyone to view the clips on their 3DS in 3D.

Upon the first anniversary of Nintendo’s mobile game Miitomo, they announced that they would be creating a mosaic out of hundreds of different user’s Miifotos and that they could be submitted on the Miitomo website. This was not archived. We do have lower quality images of the mosaic. Both the english and japanese versions, however the full images are yet to be found.

Description

During the last month of the Wii No Ma channel being up in April of 2012, they did a giveaway via the channel where you could win a custom keychain of your Mii, as shown in the promotional image above. We have promotional images, however pictures of any keychains received by channel users have never surfaced.
